Welcome to SafeSpaceNetworks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SafeSpaceNetworks mobile application ("App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SafeSpaceNetworks App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the App

SafeSpaceNetworks is a mobile application designed to support communities with systemic change without compromising their privacy and safety. The App does not collect personal information or usage data, ensuring user privacy.

3. User Conduct

When using the SafeSpaceNetworks App, you agree to:

- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the App.

- Not use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The SafeSpaceNetworks App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Safespace Networks Inc. and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both your country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimers

The SafeSpaceNetworks App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Safespace Networks Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;

- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party;

- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta,Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
